Breaking Ground on First of Palisades Fire Rebuilds
As of early November 2025, we have officially broken ground on the first of many Pacific Palisades fire rebuild projects, marking a significant milestone in Clear Group’s ongoing efforts to rebuild with homeowners navigating the aftermath of the Palisades and Eaton fires.
Rebuilding after property loss presents a unique set of challenges, from debris removal and site abatement to evolving design restrictions and complex permitting requirements. Clear Group approaches this work with a focus on reducing confusion and removing barriers, allowing clients to move forward with confidence.
For homeowners, the process can feel both urgent and overwhelming. Through our integrated design-build model, we’ve provided our clients with comprehensive support from the earliest stages of recovery through final construction.
Clear Architecture’s design and engineering team works in close collaboration with Clear Construction, Clear Millwork, and specialized trade partners to guide each project from initial site evaluation and design approval through groundbreaking and completion. This coordinated approach minimizes delays, streamlines decision-making, and ensures a clear, actionable path forward.
With extensive experience navigating post-disaster rebuilding, changing code requirements, and complex permitting processes, Clear Group brings informed, practical solutions to each project. The team remains closely engaged with local agencies and evolving regulations, helping Palisades homeowners address site-specific constraints while planning for long-term resilience.
