Honored with An International Property Award
Our Historic Montecito project has been named winner in the Residential Renovation / Redevelopment category at the 2026 International Property Awards - Americas Property Awards.
The International Property Awards program has recognized excellence in property and design worldwide for more than three decades.
The project, which was a three-year collaboration between Clear Construction, Clear Architecture, and Clear Millwork, was an overhaul of one of Montecito’s most storied estates. Located on the upper garden of the storied 200-acre Arcady parcel purchased by industrialist and philanthropist George Owen Knapp in 1912, the sprawling gardens, elegant music pavilion and underground ballroom have been beautifully transformed over the past century into a neoclassical home.
