Clear Group Takes Home Construction Awards

On February 7, we had the privilege of attending the 2025 Santa Barbara Contractors Association Construction Awards alongside many of the region’s top builders. The event, which drew a full house of 200 guests, celebrated the impressive work of contractors and subcontractors who are helping shape and strengthen the local construction industry.

The evening highlighted innovation, craftsmanship, and a shared dedication to pushing the industry forward. We’re proud to announce that Clear Construction earned top honors in the New Residential (projects up to $1.5M) category for our Refined Ranch House ADU. In addition, Clear Millwork received the Outstanding Craftsmanship – Finish Trades award for its beautifully executed custom barrel-vaulted ceiling.

We’re equally proud to support the Santa Barbara Contractors Association and the broader Central Coast building community through our ongoing membership and active participation. Organizations like SBCA play a vital role in bringing industry professionals together, fostering collaboration, and promoting high standards of quality and integrity across the field.
