Joining Pac Biz’s Top 25 General Contractors List

We are honored to share that Clear Construction was ranked No. 18 on the Pacific Coast Business Times' 2026 "Top 25" list of general contractors serving Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties. The ranking appeared in the paper's May 15–21, 2026 issue.

The Top 25 list ranks general contractors operating in the Tri-Counties by revenue. According to Pacific Coast Business Times, the data behind the list is collected through emailed surveys, phone interviews, and the publication's own records, and is researched and validated by its editors.

This is Clear Construction’s first year on the list. The publication cited high-end residential work in Montecito and Santa Barbara, fire rebuilds in Pacific Palisades, the Refined Ranch House project, and the historic restoration of the 1910s Knapp Estate Music Pavilion among Clear Construction's selected projects.
